Automating and Validating High-Throughput Genomic Assays

We provide complete automation of data acquisition for novel technologies, ranging from instrument automation through data transfer/storage to analysis of raw data. These solutions are scalable to anticipated increases in data volume and support automation of acquisition, analysis and visualization of very large data sets.

Automation for data orders of magnitude larger than currently existing requires the development of new computational procedures and robust software applications.

We break the process into several self-contained software modules and implement each using standardized technologies. These modules are easily transferred across projects within the SGTC, as well as to other users.
