The Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Center. The ECMO program provides extracorporeal life support for neonates

Inhaled Nitric Oxide (INO) Program. The ability to deliver INO to neonates, infants and children with respiratory and/or cardiac disease, exists at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford (LPCH). Krisa P. Van Meurs, M.D., is the director of the program. Equipment to deliver and analyze nitric oxide and to measure nitrogen dioxide is provided at the bedside and in any of the Intensive Care Units, Operating Room, or on transport.

Comprehensive Pediatric and Surgical Subspecialty Support. These subspecialties include:
Genetics, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Pumonology, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, General Pediatric Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology and Orthopedics. In addition, all diagnostic services are available at Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital.
