Training tomorrow's leaders...

The aim of this program is to provide educational opportunitites for young people to achieve excellence in clinical newborn medicine, scholarly basic science research and medical education.

Training Program

Fellowships: available in Predoctoral, Postdoctoral and
Postresidency
training in basic science departments and in clinical departments to gain in-depth understanding of the development of organ systems.
Postresidency training accredited by ACGME as a training program for Board Certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

Center for Advanced Pediatric Education: A simulation based Training Program for Health Professionals to successfully manage medical emergencies that pose no risk to patients.
NRP certification and CME/CEU are included for CAPE courses

Pediatric Residency Rotation: Is planned through the Newborn Intensice Care Unit at Lucille Salter Packard Children's Hospital

Clerkship: Sub Internship can also be arranged with the Neonatology office
